Breakfast – most important meal of the day!

Since I have started eating consiously and healthy, a world of new ingredients, combinations and flavors has revealed itself to me!

Take mulberries for example! How delicious are those! Who needs sugar when you can have ultra-sweet mulberries! In the Netherlands mulberries are sold dried. They taste like candy!!

My breakfast today was yoghurt made of soy, with my homemade Granola, blackberries, mulberries, pommegranate seeds and chiaseeds. A soy latte to go with that and my day started of just fine!
