After working today I made myself a little bowl of soup. Miso Soup. Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup made of soya. It has a very nice taste and is often eaten with cubes of tofu and lots of vegetables and mushrooms
In my soup today, there was chinese cabbage, spring onions, tofu and a handful of cilantro.. Lovely!
Low fat, low carb, gluten and sugerfree, only healthy ingredients, vegetarian; even vegan, and so on! No negative aspects I can think of!
