Recipe: Chili sin Carne


In my journey to eat healthy, clean food, I try to experiment with food and recipes a little.

I read that beans are very good for your health, and that eating a lot of meat isn’t, so I decided to make chili.not with grou pnd beef but with quorn, a meet replacer made of soy.

in a dish like this, the ground beef like Quorn absolutely tastes the same, even my husband agreed!

The recipe:

Different types of beans, different colour peppers, onions, garlic (lots!), and quorn ground beef (vegetarian). Bake all and top off with grated cheese and sour cream. Also verynice would be cilantro, but I didn’t have any and my husband hates it…
