One of my all-time-favorite breakfasts is Indian Scrambled Tofu. The taste of the curry powder, combined with cilantro, tomato and creme fraiche is just lovely!
I found the recipe online somewhere and I tweaked it to my liking. Really delicious!
Just take 100 grams of tofu, crumble it in a buttered pan, sprinkle some turmeric, curry, and salt over it, stirr it and you’re done! Put some sliced tomato, creme fraiche and cilantro on a plate and add the scrambled tofu. Enjoy!
